Welcome to Shine On Car (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website www.shineoncar.com, or using our mobile application available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Service Description
Shine On Car provides professional car washing and detailing services at your doorstep. Our services are delivered by our trained employees.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
- By booking a service, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. User Accounts
- To book services, you may be required to create an account on our Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate information (name, mobile number, address).
- We only collect username, mobile number, and address for service purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or use your data for promotions.
4. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are made through our Platform.
- Payment is cash only, payable after successful completion of the service.
- Prices are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Since we do not take advance/full payment, there are no refunds applicable.
- Users may cancel a booking any time before the service begins by notifying us through the app or customer support.
6. Service Guarantee
- We aim to provide professional and satisfactory services.
- However, we currently do not offer money-back guarantees or service warranties.
7. Liability & Insurance
- Shine On Car and its employees will exercise due care while providing services.
- However, we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, property, or third-party property arising during or after the service.
- We do not carry insurance coverage for such damages.
- By booking our service, you accept this limitation of liability.
8. User Obligations
- Provide accurate service location and ensure safe access to the vehicle.
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
- Treat our employees respectfully.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including logos, images, and software, is the property of Shine On Car and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our content.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data is collected and used only for service delivery.
- We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data) Rules, 2011.
- We will notify you in case of material changes to our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
- Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
- Shine On Car is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.
12. Modification of Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via in-app notifications.
- Continued use of our Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
